Prudential Real Estate 15th Annual Summit Conference
Total Media Solutions recently provided audio visual and staging support for a Prudential Real Estate Summit at the Chicago Fairmount Hotel.
In addition to a complex intelligent lighting system, 200' of Truss and rigging, and a custom designed stage set TMS provided full production management and coordinated all breakout sessions.
Defense Research Institute - 2006 Drug & Medical Device Seminar
Total Media Solutions provided audio visual & staging support for a large General Session at DRI's 2006 Drug & Medical Device seminar in Chicago at the Chicago Hilton & Towers.
TMS custom designed a stage set for the General Session mainly comprised of stretch spandex pieces, decorative truss, combined with intelligent lighting for a clean, crisp, corporate appearance. We also supported several breakout sessions, internet café, and affiliate meetings.
Prudential Real Estate - 2006 Annual Sales Convention
Total Media Solutions was chosen to provide audio visual services for the 2006 Prudential Real Estate Annual Sales Convention at the Henry B. Gonzalez Convention Center in San Antonio, Texas. TMS provided equipment and labor services for over 20 breakout sessions per day in three different facilities simultaneously for an entire week. We also provided full production management and equipment for the Prudential "Walk of Fame" which required over 500' of truss, 800' of custom drape, four large flown screens, and a vast amount of rigging equipment. In addition to this, TMS supported three large general sessions with custom western themed scenic elements to match our client's "Deep in the Heart of Texas" theme.
San Antonio Hispanic Chamber of Commerce
Total Media Solutions provided audio visual and staging support for the 77th Annual Installation Banquet for the San Antonio Hispanic Chamber of Commerce. The Chamber requested TMS to design and construct a scenic element for their event that captured the essence of a Hispanic neighborhood corner store. TMS provided full production management for the entire event which included a reception, dinner, and awards banquet at the San Antonio Convention Center.
NABE 2006 Annual Meeting & Trade Show
Total Media Solutions was the official audio visual provider for the 2006 National Association for Bilingual Education (NABE) Annual Meeting and Trade Show in Phoenix, Arizona. TMS provided custom staging, lighting, and leading edge audio and video systems for the General Session portion of the event. Our production team also supported over 500 concurrent sessions and a major product exhibition and job fair.
2005 DRI Annual Meeting
Total Media Solutions provided complete production management services for a large General Session at Chicago's Sheraton Hotel & Towers, as well as comprehensive meeting room support, computer services, and video production for DRI's biggest event of the year. We also designed and built all scenic elements for the meeting.
